Return Policy


At LinumLenis, we strive to ensure our products not only meet but exceed your expectations. However, if you decide to return or exchange an item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.


Returned items must be unworn, unused, scent-free, in their original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be pre-approved by our team — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@linumlenis.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. Only the item’s price will be refunded (excluding shipping and any additional charges). The funds will be returned to the original payment method.


Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Refunds for damaged items may be reduced.


If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., wrong size, broken seam, or damaged fabric), please contact us immediately, ideally on the same or following business day after delivery. In such cases, we will cover return shipping or arrange a free pickup. Please note: natural shedding or pilling of linen is not considered a defect — it is part of the fabric’s nature and will reduce over time with use and washing.


Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include: gift cards, cut-to-length linen fabric, custom or made-to-order items, used goods, face towels, linen swatches, and final sale items. These are considered final purchases.
