Order Processing

Orders are processed within 7 business days from the date you receive your order confirmation email. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide courier delivery on all orders over €200/230$. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. For orders under €200/230$, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the item’s weight and the destination country.

Delivery Within Europe

Shipping within Europe typically takes up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that during busy holiday periods (e.g., Christmas), shipping may take longer than usual.

International Shipping

Deliveries to other countries, such as the USA or Canada, may take up to 16 business days.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery timeline via email.

International Taxes & Customs

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by local authorities and, unless stated otherwise, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. Important: Important: For customers in the United States, orders under $800 are not subject to customs duties. However, when shipping clothing and linen bedding from Lithuania to the U.S., a customs duty of about 10–12% of the item’s value may apply. • Textiles are no longer exempt from customs duties, even if the value is below $800.
