Custom Orders – How It Works

Looking for something unique or personalized? We’re happy to offer custom orders to bring your vision to life! Whether it’s a personalized gift, a made-to-measure item, or a completely one-of-a-kind creation, we make the process simple and enjoyable.

1. Submit Your Request

Start by contacting us through our Contact or by email with a brief description of what you’re looking for. Feel free to include reference photos, measurements, preferred colors, materials, or any other specific details.

2. Receive a Quote & Timeline

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 1–3 business days with a quote, estimated production time, and shipping details. If needed, we’ll also ask for clarifications to ensure we fully understand your vision.

3. Confirm Your Order

Once you approve the quote and timeline, we’ll send you a custom checkout link or invoice. After payment is received, your custom order will be added to our production queue.

4. Production & Progress

We’ll begin crafting your item with care and attention to detail. Depending on complexity, custom orders typically take between 5–14 business days to complete. We’ll send updates along the way and notify you once it’s ready to ship.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Your finished item will be carefully packaged and shipped using your selected method. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

6. Love It or Let Us Know

We want you to absolutely love your custom order. If anything isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
