Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Processing time depends on the item and starts on the day you receive your order confirmation email:
- In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order items are crafted and shipped within 4 business days.
- Made-to-order clothing ships within 10 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy holiday periods processing may take slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide courier delivery on all orders over €200 (or $230). The discount is applied automatically at checkout. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country.
Delivery Within Europe
Delivery within Europe usually takes up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. During busy holiday periods (e.g. Christmas) delivery may take longer than usual.
International Shipping
Delivery to other countries, such as the USA or Canada, may take up to 16 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery time by email.
International Taxes & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are set by the local authorities and, unless stated otherwise, are paid by the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Customers in the United States: since 29 August 2025 the U.S. no longer applies the $800 duty-free (de minimis) exemption, so U.S. customs duties and fees may apply to every order, regardless of its value. For linen clothing and bedding from Lithuania this is usually around 10–12% of the item value (the exact amount is set by U.S. customs) and is paid by the recipient.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order or custom items (such as garments tailored to your measurements) are handled individually. If you would like to place a custom order, please contact us at info@linumlenis.com to discuss your request, timeline and pricing.
Origin of Shipment
All orders are shipped from Lithuania. Our linen products are made locally in Lithuania, which reduces environmental impact and supports regional artisans.
